Tadaharu Wakabayashi
Chairman / Director / Co-Founder / Philanthropist

Former Director and Co-Owner of Miyuki Hotel and Real Estate, Mr. Wakabayashi is affiliated amongst many organizations and affiliations, which include Director of Commerce Okinawa, Japan. He is a member of several civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Wakabayashi establishes and maintains client relationships. Mr. Wakabayashi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business, Banking and Finance from Meiji University. He speaks English and Japanese.

Janette Dillerstone
CEO / Director / Co-Founder

Ms. Dillerstone was co-founder of Wakabayashi Fund and is responsible for the fund’s accounting, internal finance matters and IR.  She originates new investments, as well as providing analytical support and research analysis on the industry sectors of Wakabayashi Fund.

Ms. Dillerstone was formerly Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Giorgio Armani and Simint Inc., Italy/USA.  With her background in marketing and public relations and her fluency in seven languages (English, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, Spanish, Portuguese, and semi-fluent in Arabic and Farsi), she has represented some of the following: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce at the World Fashion Trade Fair, The United States Board of Cosmetic Surgeons throughout Asia and Latin America; The United Nations as interpreter for Chinese Trade and Commerce; Director of Trade Expansion between Brazil, France and the United States on behalf of President F. Collor De Mello (Brazil) and President Francois Mitterand (France); Director of Public Relations – Chamber of Commerce, Westport, CT.  She has served/serves on the board and committees of the following:  Junior League of Fairfield County; Junior League of La Jolla; Young Women’s League; Scripp’s Institute of Oceanography; Cornell University’s Baker Institute Fund Raising Committee; Chairman and Director of La Casa De La Esperanza Orphanage In Mexico; Adopt a Dog Organization, Greenwich CT; A Director and honorary member of the Westport Teen Youth Commission and a Honorary Lifetime Member of WIZO (Women’s International Zionist Organization) for her exemplary contributing efforts to women and children in need.  Janette Dillerstone has been appointed as a nominee for the 2007 International Asian-American Leadership Awards.  She is a member of Amnesty International, Japan Chapter and is the founder of Invest in Japan.

William Tyler Dillerstone
Director

Mr. Dillerstone’s background, grounded in IT, web marketing and research, includes traditional and internet marketing experience with a wide variety of sectors.  Mr. Dillerstone manages the IT / Web Marketing and advertising for Wakabayashi Fund.  He has extensive experience with website design, analysis, functionality, e-commerce and profitable business relationships with clients.  He speaks English, German and currently studying Japanese.

Pierre-Yves Mauries
President, Institutional Sales, International

Mr. Mauries brings to Wakabayashi Fund LLC trading experience coupled with an advisory background.  Mr. Mauries’ primary responsibility is institutional business development, globally, with a focus on encompassing tactical sales and market development with publicly traded companies in the small and mid-cap areas with sales revenue greater than $25M USD and EBITDA positive.   Mr. Mauries has extensive experience in new business / product development, tactical planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures / Negotiations.

Mr. Mauries was a former trader / fund manager at Societe Generale, Paris as well as Forex and Fixed Income Trader at Tokiwa Investment Inc, Tokyo.  He is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and English.

Mr. Mauries received his bachelor’s degree from Tunon International College, Paris.


Tomohiro Tanaka
Sr. Vice President, Business Development / Institutional Sales, Asia

Mr. Tanaka brings to Wakabayashi Fund a wealth of experience of business development in various areas with a concentration in the Real Estate sector.  His primary activities will be concentrated in business development / institutional sales in Asia.  He brings skill sets in the area of Merger & Acquisitions, fundraising and corporate structure.  Prior to joining Wakabayashi Fund LLC, he helped manage the business development group for Alibaba.com, a highly successful Chinese internet company.  Prior to Alibaba, he was employed by Macquarie Group as Research and Acquisition Manager whereby, establishing the strategy for the start up international company.  Additionally, he was Executive VP for Ecohai, a Pre-IPO company backed by private equity.  He is fluent in English and Japanese.

He received his BA in economics from the Kyoto University.
